The TIME5300 (TH110) is a basic, economical portable hardness tester that offers high accuracy and simple operation across a wide measuring range. It is suitable for testing the hardness of all metallic materials and is widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, machinery and electric power, among others.
  • Simple menu, easy and convenient to use
  • Conversion between common hardness scales (HL, HV, HB, HRC, HRB and HS), plus tensile strength conversion
  • Display shows all key values and information, including readings, mean value (MEAN), number of measurements (NO.), date, impact direction, material tested and hardness values
  • 7 optional impact device types with auto-recognition; the universal standard D-type is included
  • High accuracy and a wide range of testable materials: steel and cast steel, forged steel, cold work tool steel, stainless steel, grey cast iron, nodular cast iron, cast aluminium alloys, brass (copper-zinc alloys), bronze (copper-aluminium/copper-tin alloys) and wrought copper alloys
  • Measures in any direction (360°), even with the probe pointing upwards
  • Battery charge indicator, and the rechargeable battery is easy to replace
  • Printer included, so test values can be printed directly
  • Software calibration
