The TIME5631 is an ultrasonic hardness tester that causes minimal damage to the surface of the test piece and is classed as a non-destructive hardness tester. It offers fast detection speed and high accuracy, and can measure the hardness of locally hardened parts in confined spaces as well as thin parts, making up for the limitations of desktop hardness testers.
  • Consists of a smartphone and a smart probe that communicate via Bluetooth
  • Hardness values measured by the smart probe are transmitted to the smartphone in real time
  • Smart probe is powered by two AA batteries, which are easy to replace
  • Smart probe software can be upgraded remotely
  • Battery indicators: icon on the smartphone, and a red low-battery light on the smart probe
  • Hardness value conversion: HV, HB, HRC, HRA, HRB
  • Storage on the smartphone and in the cloud
  • Hardness value calibration for selected materials
