200mm Stainless Steel Perforated Plate Test Sieves

200mm perforated plate test sieves, also called punch plate sieves, for particle size analysis of coarser materials. Made to ISO 3310-2, each sieve has a stainless steel perforated plate screen with laser-cut square holes from 4 mm or round holes from 1 mm, up to 125 mm, mounted in a seamless AISI 304 stainless steel frame. ISO 3310 recommends the 200mm frame for test sieving wherever possible, making it the standard laboratory size.

Every sieve is supplied with a certificate of compliance and a unique, traceable serial number.

What is a perforated plate test sieve?
A test sieve with a metal plate screen containing holes of uniform size and shape, instead of a woven wire mesh. The holes are laser cut and can be square or round.

Are square and round holes both available?
Yes. Square holes are available from 4 mm and round holes from 1 mm, up to 125 mm. Let us know which your test method specifies.

Do 200mm perforated plate sieves come with a certificate?
Yes. Each sieve is supplied with a certificate of compliance and a unique, traceable serial number.

Will these sieves stack with other 200mm sieves, lids and receivers?
Yes. The skirted outside frame fits sieves, bottom pans and nesting pans of the same 200mm diameter.

Can I get a hole size that isn’t listed?
Yes. Other ISO, ASTM or custom hole sizes can be quoted on request.
  • Seamless double frame: an inside and an outside frame, each drawn from a single piece of AISI 304 stainless steel with no seam
  • Rolled top edge: smooth, rounded rim for safe, comfortable handling
  • Soldered plate: the perforated plate is hand soldered onto a hoop formed at the bottom of the inside frame, which also stops sample material escaping between the screen and the frame
  • Nesting skirt: the outside frame extends into a skirt that fits other 200mm sieves, bottom pans and nesting pans for stable stacking
  • Laser-cut holes: square or round holes cut by laser for accuracy
  • Crevice-free: no gaps or crevices to trap sample material
