Shipping information

Qualitest products ship internationally from the United States directly to your New Zealand address. Most orders dispatch within 5-10 business days of order placement. Estimated delivery to New Zealand is 10-20 business days from dispatch, depending on freight mode, customs clearance, and carrier schedules.

Delivery timeframes for larger or heavier items may vary. Some products may be subject to extended lead times depending on stock availability at the time of order. For time-sensitive orders, contact us before purchasing to confirm current lead time.

Free shipping applies to all orders. Prices displayed are exclusive of GST. GST will be added at checkout and all import and customs costs are managed by TestingCore - there are no additional charges on delivery.

Returns & warranty

Qualitest products are covered by manufacturer warranties against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product - many instruments in the Qualitest range carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty, and selected products such as the Qualitest CMX ultrasonic thickness gauge series carry a 2-year warranty. Contact us for specific warranty details for the product you are purchasing.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Due to the international nature of these shipments, return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly supplied. Items that have been used, installed, calibrated, or modified are not eligible for return.

The CMX series carries over everything the ZX gauges offer, then adds a long list of advanced capabilities on top. It measures material and coating thickness at the same time, while still picking up pits and flaws in a single mode (PECT) - plus auto probe zero, auto probe recognition, and auto temperature compensation.

You also get selectable Large Digits and B-Scan display options, up to 64 custom user-defined setups, a selectable transducer table for precise linearity, and both material and coating calibration options. The standard thru-paint mode is still there too, switching automatically based on the transducer recognized (or you can select it manually). A built-in TDG (time-dependent gain) feature covers attenuative materials in the transducer list.

It's a lot of gauge packed into a small, durable aluminum extrusion housing - with USB-C connectivity, 4GB of internal SD memory with a proper file system, screen capture to .tif, and our DakView Java-based PC/Mac software included in the kit.

The CMX ultrasonic corrosion thickness gauge comes in 3 models - from the entry-level CMX1-DL up to the top-of-the-range CMX3-DL - with each step up adding more display, gain control, and transducer compatibility.
