Returns & warranty

The QTG IV is covered by a 2-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Due to the international nature of these shipments, return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly supplied. Items that have been used, installed, calibrated, or modified are not eligible for return.

For warranty claims or return requests, contact us at sales@testingcore.com or call 09 558 3100.

The QTG IV is an advanced ultrasonic thickness gauge offering both A-scan and B-scan measurement, including Echo-Echo (thru-paint) capability. It measures metallic and non-metallic materials, including steel, aluminium, titanium, plastics, ceramics and glass, to a resolution of 0.01mm (0.001"). A menu-driven interface, large colour display and 10,000-reading memory make it well suited to corrosion surveys, coating thickness checks and general material inspection.
