Qualitest products ship internationally from the United States directly to your New Zealand address. Most orders dispatch within 5-10 business days of order placement. Estimated delivery to New Zealand is 10-20 business days from dispatch, depending on freight mode, customs clearance, and carrier schedules.

Free shipping applies to all orders. Prices displayed are exclusive of GST. GST will be added at checkout and all import and customs costs are managed by TestingCore - there are no additional charges on delivery.

Qualitest products are covered by manufacturer warranties against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product - many instruments in the Qualitest range carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty, and selected products such as the Qualitest CMX ultrasonic thickness gauge series carry a 2-year warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Due to the international nature of these shipments, return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly supplied. Items that have been used, installed, calibrated, or modified are not eligible for return.
