Qualitest products ship internationally from the United States directly to your New Zealand address. Most orders dispatch within 5-10 business days of order placement. Qualitest products are covered by manufacturer warranties against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product - many instruments in the Qualitest range carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty, and selected products such as the Qualitest CMX ultrasonic thickness gauge series carry a 2-year warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Due to the international nature of these shipments, return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly supplied. Items that have been used, installed, calibrated, or modified are not eligible for return.
