Warranty periods vary by product - many instruments in the Qualitest range carry a 12-month manufacturer warranty, and selected products such as the Qualitest CMX ultrasonic thickness gauge series carry a 2-year warranty. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Due to the international nature of these shipments, return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly supplied. Items that have been used, installed, calibrated, or modified are not eligible for return.
