CMT Equipment is based in Tweed Heads South, New South Wales, and ships directly to your New Zealand address. Most orders dispatch within 3-5 business days of order placement. Estimated delivery to main New Zealand centres is 5-10 business days from dispatch. Rural and remote addresses may require additional time.

Larger or heavier items including sieve shakers, ovens, and testing frames ship as freight consignments and may require additional lead time. For time-sensitive orders, contact us before purchasing to confirm current availability and lead time.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for products in original, unused condition with all original packaging and accessories intact. Return freight costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrectly supplied. Items that have been used, installed, or modified are not eligible for return.
